COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
CONFIRMATIONS ARE CRUCIAL!
Reservations will be honored with a strict confirmation policy.
We need to be 100% sure that you have read and agree to our new guidelines and will be at your scheduled visit.
- Each guest will receive the first reminder 72 hours before scheduled visit. Please respond ASAP. These communications are a courtesy. Guests are expected to take responsibility of reservation dates/times once scheduled.
- If we have not received confirmation within 24 hours of your reservation we will make 1 final call to confirm. If we are still unable to confirm your visit, it will be canceled and offered to the next guest.
- Last minute cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours and No call/No shows will be subject to FULL SERVICE CHARGES.
- Although we will be enforcing a strict confirmation policy, we also have the safety for all as the highest priority. If you are not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms, we will be happy to reschedule.
